Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after being placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be provided and updated on your order.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Relaxium is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed off for delivery.
