To make a return, please follow the below instructions:
When submitting your return/refund request, please include the following information in the package so we can ensure the refund gets credited to the right account:

  • Order number (use this as your Return Merchandise Authorization number)
  • Recipient's name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Shipping address used when placing the order

Return Shipping Instructions:

Please ensure your postage includes tracking when returning a package. Relaxium® is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, and customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Processing Timeline:

Please allow 7–10 business days for your returned item to be processed, and another 7–10 business days to receive your refund. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
